Shipping cost is $7.95/order. Since most products are in stock they will be shipped within one business day. Based on your location, your order will usually be delivered within 2-4 business days.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Shipping, UPS or FedEx.
Free USPS Priority Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.00. Free Shipping is not valid with any other offer.
UPS Next Day Air ($59.00) – delivery in 1 business day
UPS 2nd Day Air ($49.00) – delivery in 2 business days
Shipments to Canada will be made via UPS or the USPS. Call us for a quote. Small shipments (less than 10 pieces) will cost approximately $20.00. Larger shipments will cost more. You can input your Canadian address to get the actual shipping costs. Your purchase may incur additional duty and UPS charges that are your responsibility. Delivery will take an additional 5-9 days.
Please contact us for shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada. We will email you the cost of the shipping and handling for your approval which is required prior to shipping your order.
We know that it is sometimes difficult to visualize our hardware on your cabinets and to compare our finishes with the finish on your existing hardware. Therefore we have established a sample policy that is easy and cost effective for you.
- You may order up to 6 items (that cost less than $15.00 each) as samples.
- For all sample orders, you will receive a 50% credit that will be applied to a future hardware order as long as the new order is placed within 60 days of the sample order.
- The new order must be at least $75.00 excluding shipping fees.
- For example, you purchase 3 different knobs at $6.00 each to see which one you like. You choose one and place an order for 25 knobs within 60 days. The cost to you will be $141.00, i.e., $6.00 x 25 knobs = $150 minus 50% of the cost of the sample or $9.00.
- Sample orders cannot be returned; if you decide that you are not going to use the sample then donate it to a local charity.
Shortages and Damaged merchandise.
We carefully inspect all of our orders prior to shipping to ensure that you get the product that you ordered. If you receive a product that is damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (i.e., via e-mail or fax) within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will replace all damaged or missing product when we receive your written request. When we send you the replacement product, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective items, at our expense.
Sales Tax Policy
The Designers Collection LLC and www.designerknobsandpulls.com is located in the state of Florida. There is no sales tax on any orders shipped outside the state of Florida. All sales made within the state of Florida will be charged the state sales tax rate of 7.0%. Other taxes may apply to purchases outside the U.S.
You may return any product to www.designerknobsandpulls.com within 30 days from the date of the purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging. You will receive a full product refund less a restocking fee of 15%. The restocking fee may be waived if the returned product is exchanged for products of equal or greater value.
